I bout a record on ebay for 400 USD plus 70 USD shipping. When it arrives it's not what the seller said it was. After a little back and fourth, seller agrees to let me return the record. But he don't offer to pay the postage for return shipment. When I told he he was required to do so he answers it has to be his way or no way. What would you advice me to do.... find no way to get support from Ebay or paypal??
