Regarding not as described claim case ID:  PP-D-82929643.

Please provide the supplier Wunongyuan Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd  postal address for goods return in English please as it has been provided in Chinese symbols which will prevent the return of the package from the UK. I have attempted to use the resolution centre uploads but there is no provision for sending arequest of this type. I called PayPal UK but the automated service eventually ended my call saying that there was no one available to take my call. I have sent email and have not had a response. Time is running out for the return.

this is the same product i got and i recieved the same product, they said i recieved the proper product. i am in the process of filing the fraud claim and i am also going to file a complaint with Facebook as well. i work for the Post office as a carrier and it will not go with that address!

I see that lots of people have an issue with the same company. I ordered a monoscope with 300x magnification and got a monoscope with 20x magnification (though 300x is written on the scope). Clearly a fraud. I too was told that shipping to China is expensive, got offered 10% discount, etc. I decided to return anyway (PayPal will hopefully refund the shipping costs) but only got address written in Chinese. But PayPal eventually translated it for me:

But UPS also requires local contact name and a phone number and PayPal is refusing to give this to me. They said that they flagged this merchant and are watching it more closely but as I see so many people having the same experience as me, they are not doing anything, just making our lives difficult.

What I would suggest everybody - file a dispute with both your credit card company and PayPal, this way you may be able to get double the refund.

I also filed a complaint against PayPal's customer service with BBB (in California).

Oh yeah - I will never order anything directly from China ever again - through eBay or Amazon maybe, but not directly. I've ordered 3 products, all three a fraud (got refunds for the other two).

Somebody removed the merchant's address from my own post - must be PayPal. They really do anything they can to make it difficult to return the crap we all got. Nice going, PayPal!!!

After making posting my complaint on PayPal's facebook page I did receive a reply from PayPal this is the address in english:

I was also advised to activate the shipping returns facility on PayPal which allows the refunding of the return shipping charge.

My claim is still under review. The items were return shipped in Septemeber on Tracked and Signed for Royal Mail.

In my experience Wunongyuan Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd are scammers and I would not trust them again and would advise against purchasing from them.

I agree with everything you say there, I've already filed a grievance with a company, and I went through the grievance policy that they mentioned with the country! I'm also going to file a complaint with Facebook. So now I'm going to send it back with the address you just gave me which really helps. There's no doubt that they're scammers oh, and I don't understand why PayPal has not shut it down it in whatever way they can. I understand it's a big company but if they look on their own page or several people that have been scammed by this company, and when we go through these processes to get our money back give me as soon as I can should be an easy fix. But I guess nothing is
