I purchased an item from a firm in the U.S. I paid with paypal. When it turned out to be a scam I had to return the item to China. I got a refund but am out the $35.00 for postage to a country I did not order from. Everyone on Facebook and other social media knows this is a scam. Why can't I get my postage refunded? Thanks.
