My account has been limited due to terms and agreement. I am not old enough to make an account so its blocked by PayPal. But i have money in my PayPal account and i cant take it out because my account has been blocked. I have contact PayPal support to transfer my money to my brother that is older, but they couldn't do it. So i'm gonna lose my money ?
