Hi, I have raised a dispute with a company in China because they sent the wrong item. They say they will refund my money but postage is my responsibility. I'm pretty cross about that as they have sent the wrong item, but I cannot add this as a message in the resolution centre as there is only the option to upload tracking proof.
Before opening the case I tried emailing the company directly but they refused to acknowledge any fault, saying they sent the correct item (when they so obviously didn't!), so I will have no luck there either.
Any advice?

I've been fighting over 3 horrible cheap sweaters that were sent to me. Finally the company will refund my money if I pay shipping back to CHINA. The name of the parent company of atleast 15 smaller companies selling the same products on FaceBook is GRANTIVE PTE LTD. The shipping address to send the 'American' products located in 'America' is: <REMOVED>. UPS,FedEx,DHL & Usps will NOT send anything there. I was told by all companies it costs over $60 and to many much paperwork and permits to send the package to China. It's supposed to be 100% risk free according to the many companies selling the products. It is Not located anywere in America and is 100% high risk. They have a really good cancellation/return policy but don't honor it. Don't by anything on any social media advertisements. They are all scams. You think they are safe because all accept PayPal. PayPal & Zuckerburg make money off of them while us the consumers get taken advantage of

The company I have the issue with is <REMOVED>, so same town. To be fair the product is ok, just the wrong one. It makes no sense why they keep saying they sent the wrong thing. You're right, people are just arsy scammers!

Funny how PayPal doesn't like me sharing the scamming companies address. Everyone should know the scammers address! Not like we can go to Guangdong anyway. It isn't a secret!
