I shipped auction item via regular usps mail in envelope to buyer one city away at end of auction in December. Buyer contacted me in April saying she never got it. I don't have proof of shipping bc it was shipped w/o tracking. I have over 150 transactions with no issues. Are there any chances I will win this?
