Poor customer service

Really poor customer service during COVID, i have been sending emails complaining about money Paypal owe me for returning an item back in April, no refund back, they say i never returned the item even though i sent proof of postage receipt as requested!! absolutely terrible, no excuse, i want my money back that has been owed to me for so long.

Paypal is garbage for customer service. I've been waiting for them to end a dispute at my discretion, and they just run in circles about how to cancel it. I can't get my refund from a merchant because PayPal has a dispute open and every rep keeps sending my info to a "account specialist." I called my bank to end it and they ended it same day. PayPal is straight garbage

Yeah I'm frustrated with PayPal at the moment too, I sent a transaction of a small amount and the payment still says "pending" on the PayPal app, although I can see that the money has been taken out of my bank account. It's been 14 days since I made the payment so it's absurd that the money still hasn't gone through.

 

Made a separate post regarding this problem in the community but no response yet. You got any idea? 

 

Been trying to reach PayPal customer service but apparently everything is closed because of covid-19?
