Please help. Cant activate - Shipping on Us

Every time I google, or find a info box with a direct link to activate "shipping on us" it brings me to the same page, which is a page that has nothing to do with the free return shipping. Please help. Is there a reason for this? Below is the page it keeps bringing me to.

The above is the link for your country, if it goes to the page shown then maybe you have already activated it?

You only need to do so once.

OR are you trying to 'claim' a return of shipping fees? If so click on the transaction and the return shipping link to claim is at the bottom of that details page.
