PayPal have permanently limited my account with no reason given - they are talking about fraud but wont say what fraud and are threatening to take money from my bank account - surely to take money from my account entitles me to an explanation. They are incredibly rude and unhelpful. What have others experienced? This is causing me a huge amount of worry and stress and i havent done anything wrong.
