Permanent Limitation

Good Morning All,

I am writing to have a more better insight to what triggered my PayPal account to have a permanent limitation placed, my account has had no issues or disputes which are unresolved etc.

My Ebay account was hacked into due to opening a virus email and also my PayPal account was compromised whilst I was on holiday. I hope this is not to do with that.

I have changed my password since all that had taken.

Any idea on how to contact PayPal so they actually have a look. I had been given an email by an adviser who was also confused why this permanent  limitation has been put on to my account.  I wrote to that email only to receive an automated answer with no proper explanation.

Any one have any suggestions? would really appreciate it!

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
Freephone from a UK landline or UK mobile number.
OR
have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

Many Thanks for your response!

I have called up PayPal and the women I spoke to advised me she herself is confused as to why my PayPal Account has been permanently limited.

She gave me an email AUPVIOLATIONS at paypal  which I wrote an email to and they replied with an automated email without looking into my case.

I do not have any social media accounts unfortunately. Is there any other way PayPal can look into my case?
