Look out for this crap. I have done nothing for years now to violate any user policy, but, paypal has barred me from using their payment processor on Ebay to sell products and get paid. NOTHING! NO WORD!...on what I did other than Violate The Rules. Watch out for those SPAM emails that say your PayPal account is being accessed without authorization. It seems that paypal can no longer offer secure access to their customers accounts.
