Permanent Account Limitation

Heya! Just got an absolute shocking message about my account being permanently limited, I've read other posts about this exact topic but I truly believe this was a mistake, Let me give you some numbers.

My business is just a simple minecraft server, There have been no charge backs, no issues at all. Nothing. The account has a grand and a half on there and about 200 gets taken out for business costs and some of my own stuff every now and then per month. Other than that no money is coming out my account other than when i transfer it to my bank. I'm so shocked by this but at the same time I would like to know exactly where I went wrong so I don't repeat this. From what i have given to you is there any information needed to guess why this may have happened? Please ask anything. Thanks for reading!

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

To my surprise, I called them up and after a few days they resolved it and said it was a mistake, was very worried haha
