I have a pending charge on my account that was placed March 23, 2019. I have never received the product and I have emailed the business 3 times to find out where my product is. My question is why is this product still pending and why can't I dispute it to have it removed? I try to do it vial the resolution center because the business is not responding but it states it cannon allow me to dispute it. I am confused as to how to handle this. I did not get the product, a product was never shipped so why can't this charge be cancelled?

When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
