I received activity on my Paypal /Credit Account statement that I had been charged by Mojang who sells the minecraft game series. I disputes the charge because I did not make the purchase and never received any physical or digital game. The Mojang website says they would send me an email confirming the purchase and the digital order number which I never received. I disputed the purchase with PayPal and without sending me any information about who purchased it or where the purchase was sent they denied the dispute. Now i can't get a hold of Paypal or Mojang . What a joke! anybody else have this kind of problem?
Check if you had a subscription set up... Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
