I was looking for a logo designer for a project of mine. And in short, the guy was a scammer. I payed 25$ first, and 5$ later (due to not having funds at that moment). Once I found out that the guy was a scammer, I opened a dispute for both transactions (25$ and 5$). They both seem to got accepted, but I never received the 25$ dollars. After some searching, some people here said that it could take up to a month to receive the money. So I waited for approximately a month. And I still don't have the money. (I did receive the 5$ in a week). The transaction also seems to be glitched, so if anyone here can help me, I would gladly appreciate it. I will leave the transaction ID and the transaction screenshots here.
(I also tried opening another dispute for the 25$ transaction, but it gives an error)
