Paypal made error in handling my dispute then closed the case. Customer service is closed.

Amazon customer service reps work from home all year long?

PAYPAL phone line to human assistance is closed  for Covid.

PP handled  my recent dispute in error. It is their belief that they handled it in my favor, not exactly.

I am out of $60 and zero options for me to even let Paypal know.

Website does not allow you to escalate or make a claim on  a closed dispute

It does not allow you to reopen a closed dispute.

I am boxed out everywhere and no humans are tending the store.
