I purchased an item and since I purchased it it seemed kind of fishy because the tracking never worked until I messaged paypal, then the item arrived 2 weeks late apart. I didn't need the item anymore and I opened the claim paypal asked me to submit pictures but it doesnt give me an option to do so and they wont receive my emails either the person I spoke to last time said they would fix it for me and now I get an email saying my claim has been denied! Wth! I have spoken to at least 3 paypal agents all of them said they would fix my problem but nothing is being done! I have been a costumer for close to 10 years, I dont usually ask for refunds and this costumer service is awful! What else can I do to get a refund?
