Hi,
I opened a case against a seller that claimed to provide health consultations online, based on individual research. After not seeing results and consulting another doctor, I discovered the seller was a scammer. I have email proof where she admits to giving my meals plans and medicines based on mass research, not my own tests.
Because her services were significantly different, I filled a claim. She will not refund me and Paypal decided in her favour. The even weirder part is that my evidence does not appear mentioned in the Case History. I was never provided with a reason why by Paypal.
I would like to know why my evidence does not appear in record? How can proof that she is lying simply be ignored by Paypal? I want to see the so called proof she uploaded because I am afraid she forged it.
Please help me find justice.

I am having a similar experience with Paypal disputes. Its as though there's a monkey dealing with dispute issues who blatently doesn't read anything you send them and then sends you a generic response - usually off on a tangent which makes it clear they don't read anything or give a sh*t about customer service or concluding any dispute amicably.
