Paypal declined my claim...

Dear all, please help.

My order was placed on 11 January 2019, it was an preorder for an toy from ThreeA/Threezero.

The item was shipped on 4 September 2019, which was more than paypal's standard 180 days. But this is a preorder. The item is only available after the 180 days.

In other words, you are not encouraged to use Paypal for any preorder or you won't be able to file any claim or dispute.

Anyone can share their thoughts? Thank you.

Up to you if you want to take the risk or not, your card issuer normally only gives you up to 6 months as well.
