Basically I bought a VPS service from a website https://starkrdp.io/ and I wasnt happy with the service and the item wasn't fully as de scripted. I contacted the seller yesterday through a platform called Discord and they didnt help me there. So I went onto paypal and made a case and asked him for a 7.5 euro refund and not a full 10 euros. I have only owned the VPS for 2 days and after I posted the case yesterday I see that I got a email saying that my service has been suspended / terminated. I wanted to contact them and ask for my refund now that they have canceled the service but on Discord they blocked me and I cant get in touch with them at all. How will I be able to get the 7.5 Euros back?
They haven't responded to the case either.
