Paypal charged me from my bank account and paypal balance.

I was recently charged $39.99 for Linkedin Premium subscription which I forgot to cancel and for some reason I was charged on my Paypal balance (which had $0) AND bank account. Both my Paypal balance and my bank account have been deducted $39.99 and now both have negative balances. 

Can someone please help me to resolve this?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
