I have been facing this issue with Paypal for the last month or two, they keep asking me to upload the Letter of authorization, and we did multiple times. but every time they keep telling me that it's not signed by the authorized person? we Have signed it from the CEO of the company and also from another manager and still getting the same result. can we know who should sign this document?
