I am having a issue with paypal. I did a pay in 4 to purchase a new ipad pro and magic keyboard from verizon wireless. The total was 1130.66 on July 18th. The day after my first payment was paid of 282.67. My second payment went through on August 8th of 282.66. During this time I returned the keyboard to verizon and they issued a refund to paypal of 383.00. This didn’t hit the account till August 20th. After I paid the 3rd payment of 282.66 On August 17th. The refund posted to the account and left a total of 747.66. My three payments I made were for the three 847.98. My paypal app shows a refund pending of 100.33. I have chatted 4 times and called numerous times to paypal and they keep saying they don’t owe me it back. Please dispute with verizon. I was even told to dispute the pay in four which i did and they contact verizon and it gets declined. My issue is not with verizon. Paypal will not accept that I overpaid and I cannot get my 100.00 dollars back. What can I do? On the phone calls they say they are transferring me and then hang up on me.
