my PayPal account was hacked through Xoom. Almost 1500.00 the first day. Then hacked my banking account number which Xoom and PayPal had access to,the bank does investigation and find it’s fraud. Xoom does investigations and says it’s legitimate charges,,,can you spell lawsuit,I don’t care what it cost to prove a point. This is wrong
