Seller refuses to send money back and also won’t send item after. I sent $130.00 as agreed the day before and the next day i woke up the seller was asking for another $100.00 for shipping. I didn’t agree to this and just politely asked for a refund, but he is dead set on keeping it so far. I raised 2 claims to paypal and they denied both even with the given circumstances.
