Paypal Business Account Not Fully Functional, Restrictions Inspite Of Positive Bala

Account limitation 

Hi Friends 

 

I Have A Bussiness Account For The Last 3 Years 

 

In July My Account Went Negative Balance For A Month Because I Was Not Available Due To Covid. I Restored My Account  Balances To +ve In August 

 

From That Time Onwards, It Seems That Paypal Has Restricted My Account.

 

I Have Spoken To Paypal A Couple Of Times And Written Them A Email As Well But To No Avail. In All Our Conversations Paypal Has Told Me That Everything Is Working Fine At Their End And Have Asked Me To Delete Cache  And Refresh My Browsing Windows , Which I Have Done But STill To No Avail

I Have Three Primary Concerns 

 

1) In Addition To Paypal Balance, My Bank Account Was The Primary Payment Source For To/From Payments. When My Account Was Restricted In July 

 Paypal Asked Me To Add A Secondary Payment Source , I Added A Credit Card But Maintained My Bank Account As The Primary Payment Source For All Payments. It Seems That My Paypal Is No longer Recognizing My Bank Account As The Primary Payment Source 

 

2) In My Dashboard, The Window For Transfer Of Payments Is No Longer Present. A Snapshot Attached 

 

3) When I Try To Close My Account It Flashes A Message, Snapshot Attached 

                      '' Your Account Has A Negative Balance Which You Need To Take Care Of ''

My Account Balance Is +ve  And I Also Do Not Have Any Resolution Cases Pending
