How do I close my paypal account that has positive balance but at the same time restrictions from withdrawl, which in turn prevent me from closing the account?
Over 2 weeks have passed and I still haven't got a solution? If anyone has some information of how to proceed please advise. Thank you
There was still no response from the costumer service team, is there anything I might do to close the account?
