Paypal Account Limitation

Hi, guys! I need help regarding the account limitation. I have been trying to comply since the day they sent an email regarding this but the first documents I sent were not accepted.

So another email was sent by Paypal asking for more documents. But whenever I open my email, it directly goes to a Paypal page that says "Thank you for submitting" when I haven't uploaded any document/ photo. 

The Resolution Center also does not show the option to "Go to Account Limitations' which is another option that they show here at the site.

I am asking the community since all emails provided by Paypal for customer service (even message center here in the site) does not reply AT ALL>

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
