#Payment is waiting#

My money is stuck in paypal which has came from us and i am not able to receive it . What to do? Even i uploaded bank details and thet are confirmed also. I got email like this- Payment is waiting Before we can deposit the funds into your account, we need a bit more information about your account or recent transactions. To provide that, just log in to your account, and go to your account overview. Select the More menu, then choose the link that takes you to our Resolution Centre. Please provide the missing information by 19 September 2021, or the funds will be returned to the sender. Can u tell me what's missing as i uploaded my bank account

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into issues with a request in the Resolution Center. Normally, it may taken upwards around 4-5 business days for any provided documentation to be reviewed. I would recommend keeping an eye on the Secure Message Center as well as your email inbox for any updates. If you're still running into issues after that, I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page.
