PayPal wont message me back about an unauthorized transaction on my account

Over a month ago I noticed a transaction was made from my account I did not authorize. This transaction was made to Singapore Universal Studios, and I obviously have never even been to Singapore. I reported it immediately, but they rejected it saying it in fact was authorized by me. And I can't report it again. I have also emailed them three times since that, and they have not replied (24 hours my **bleep**). What can I do??
