PayPal took 10,000€ for no reason

Hello, PayPal took 10,000€ for "damage and violating" the AUP.
The thing is: my business is not on this list. I make social media marketing. I legally grow social media profiles.
The support keeps sending me the same standard reply over and over again. Its ridiculous. Its the behavior of a criminal company.
When I ask back and ask them to show me the exact point I violated, they ignore and send something else or just lie. They say things which are not in this AUP. Its not professional.
I think they took it, because I'm Thai and its not that easy to get the money back than as a European, embarrassing.
What can I do? They are located in Singapur. Does anybody know a good lawyer? I would give 25% of the money.
