Unfortunately, PayPal sided with the seller with fake tracking numbers. PayPal asked me to contact FedEx shipper for proof, and I did. FedEx took a week to respond but the result was to contact the seller since they cannot give me latter or any detail about the receiving address. I am done with PayPal, I have business PayPal account and if this is not resolved and PayPal sided with scammer, I will delete PayPal indefinitely.
