Hello, Community!
I have a very strange situation. I have received 17 EUR on my PayPal account from someone I did not know. As an honest person that I am I've refunded the payment. And guess what? PayPal system has blocked my account. Now they ask me proof of fullfillment for my last 4 transactions. One of these 4 is that one that I have refunded because does not belongs to me. (the others 3 are my eBay sales)
After 12 hours now I have received again money from someone else I did'nt know. (8 EUR)
My account now is blocked and tomorrow I will call PayPal to fix the situation but I think my account has been broken by a hacker? Does anyone here met this situation? What should I do now? I am very scared. Please help me.
I will apreciate all of your answers. Lots of Thanks!

Hello, multibrandsjp. I'm sorry to hear there's been any difficulty with a limitation and with the possibility someone has accessed your PayPal account without permission. That's no good, for sure!
If you don't have information or documents PayPal has requested, it's fine to say that in your reply to the limitation. If needed, you could type up a statement using a word processing program, take a screenshot and then upload the file via the Resolution Center, if needed.
If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, the best step is to change your password and security questions (https://www.paypal.com/ro/smarthelp/article/how-do-i-change-my-password-and-security-questions-faq14...) and report any unauthorized activity to PayPal as soon as possible (https://www.paypal.com/ro/smarthelp/article/how-do-i-report-unauthorized-paypal-account-activity-faq....
I hope this is helpful. If you need additional assistance, please contact Customer Service by phone (log on to your account and click Contact at the bottom of the page), Facebook (send a Private Message via our page at https://www.facebook.com/paypal) or Twitter (send a Direct Message to @AskPayPal). Thanks for your patience during this time.
Sincerely,
Michael
