PayPal account still limited even after giving documents

Hello everyone. PayPal limited my account around 3 months ago to verify my identity as owner of the account. I have sent in all the necessary documents, proof of identity and bank statement with my address on it but PayPal still hasn't reviewed my documents and account status. What could I do to lift the limitation on my account? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all!

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
