My Paypal is in business type. The problem is I don't actually have a business and now it's asking for business proof identity which I cannot provide. Now I cannot make any transactions. I cannot delete the account for some reason I still have money left on my account. How do I change from a business type to a personal type account? Or what should I do? please help
