Pan card

Hello, my PayPal account is permanently limited because I create my account when I was 17 years old and there is no way to solve the limitation. Likewise, I linked my bank account and pan card details and they are being verified to receive payment. Now I want to create another account with the same pan card, is it possible?

If you are now over 18 then you would have to check with customer services if you can open another account.

Sometimes they say no as they don't like folks that break the rules and if so then any account you open will be limited so best ask first.

Then they should be able to remove the PAN card from your old account.
