The question at the bottom in bold. Story to fill you in on my part of it.
Story: So I have a package get sent out to China back in late November off eBay and a customer said he never received it. So he filed a return saying he never got it. I looked up where the package was and it was stuck in customs. So I still have to pay the refund which is $500. So no way in hell I'm going to pay before I get my package before I get either the case filed my way or my package back. Because I sent all my evidence saying I sent it. I would meet my deadlines a day in advance while I have to wait a month for a response. It still was filed me as the open needing to pay back. So if i do he will get his money back and he will take the package at the customs getting it for free. So my question is can i get my package back when it is sitting at Chinese Customs?
