I have bought a iphone from ebay that the seller said that is unlocked. But after one and half month, the phone was reported stolen or lost and can not use anymore. I open a dispute on paypal and told them that the phone was reported stolen or lost, paypal has just closed my account and said that the phone was delivered. I am very horrible with this closed case because when I called ebay and they told me that to go to the police and they will step into it. BUT paypal just closed the case??????
