i have 6 transactions against this name.

i do not know how to refund claim, i applied thru bank.

please guide , how to make complain in paypal.

all transactions are same with differents amount cutting from my credit cards since last week.

how i know about this vendor?  so i call them for refund.

i never purchase anything from royal mail.

Xinnet corporation is owned by John HE (Or at least registered to) and was in violation of their registrar agreement in 2014 https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/correspondence/serad-to-he-08jul14-en.pdf

speedcubekaufen is also registered to xinnet.com

cubingcube.com is as well

Xinnet.com is a registrar, so they don't necessarily have an affiliation with the other sites, but it shows that the sites are likely being ran by someone in China.

Looks like most of the sites are sitting behind cloudflare - They've traditionally been good about taking sites offline who are known to be scams. With enough evidence, and enough people reporting them to Cloudflare, we could potentially pull them offline.
