PayPal double charged me on a dispute

Hello I had a $30 sale that PayPal had the money on hold for. It was a custom item but the customer got impatient and opened a dispute. My account went into the negative. I fixed that (so now I have $30 on hold and I added another $30 to cover the negative balance). The item was delivered 2 days later and the customer closed the dispute. PayPal only gave me the $30 that was disputed not the $30 that was on hold. So for the same transaction I had 30 on hold and added another 30 to cover the balance but I only got 30 back. Please help?
