DISPUTE OPENED DUE TO SELLER NOT SHIPPING ORDER

PAYPAL CLOSED DISPUTE WITH SELLER PROVIDED USPS NUMBER OF SHIPMENT FOR PACKAGE DELIVERED ON APRIL 15TH BUT ORDER ON MAY 8 AND SHIPPED MAY 10, CANNOT REOPEN DISPUTE AND NO ONE TALK TOO.  THIS IS CONSPIRACY TO FRAUD BY PAYPAL AND MAIL FRAUD.

Message customer service with documentation showing this to appeal dispute. Keep in mind that the API between the carrier and PayPal may not verify dates, just shipment status, city, state/province, zip code, and country so fraud has to be reviewed by customer service.

 

Response may take longer due to limited staff from Covid-19 situation.
