PayPal will not assist with getting a refund from Osanova. Bought $68.00 worth of crappy face shields from Shieldstar a company which leads back to Osanova. Shield star has disappeared and Osanova wants the product shipped back to China. Expensive if it is even possible in today’s global situation. Certainly won’t leave much of a refund if any, doesn’t count for time and effort in getting it done. Paypal is continuing to do business with this company instead of cutting them off!
Bought 4 shirts from this company. Two arrived. They were crappy cheap. They replaced the other 2 shirts with merchandise I could never use - one pair of shorts XL ( I am S -M) and one ugly shirt 3X (I am S - M). There is no way to return this crap. Do not do business with this company!
