I never received the merchandise I ordered and paid for. My Case dispute was closed in favor of the Seller. The reason given? "The case was closed in the seller's favor as the seller provided a valid proof of delivery." A Proof of delivery from the USPS that does not show any address, Just my City and State! I don't understand how Paypal can accept that as valid proof of delivery! Of an above ground pool no less.
Once a case is closed is there any other recourse?
