Numerous identical scam stores on Facebook only accepting PayPal

I have been seeing a slew of nearly identical ads for the same item by number of different Facebook stores, BraveSeaHills and a dozen others, and they only accept PayPal. Their websites are obviously fake, all of them copy and pasted garbage, and I just thought I would try to let somebody at PayPal know about it before they start getting a bunch of requests for refunds after being dicked around for a month and not getting the product they ordered.

As someone else has already said."In a moment of weakness" I also purchased an item through a Facebook ad. It was supposed to be a Burning Laser, able to light matches or start a campfire etc. What I received was from China and nothing like the listed item I paid for. It was a straight out pointer with 5 different pattern heads and couldn't light a match if it was on fire itself.
Going to PayPal resolution centre and trying to get my money back I am handed a great series of hoops to jump through to get a refund.
I have been with PayPal for many years and this is the first time I have tried to get a resolution through the right channels. Was it worth the effort. No.
With so many ads for the same item on Facebook the return address supplied by PP is different to the original sender's. By the time all items have been completed to the satisfaction of PP it would cost more to return the item than just to give up and take the loss.
What else can I do. The seller won't make contact. I can't reply to PP on the resolution page as all they want is tracking number and with who the item was posted.
Help!!!

It's an expensive lesson to be sure. Everything is based on the fine print within the legalspeak of every EULA we accept. They know full well that it is impossible for us to read every word of every EULA we accept and expect us to understand them. Even lawyers don't have the time to read long EULAs every time they want to try something new online. So they get away with stuff like this. The old adage still rings true: follow the money. If it makes them more money, they will very likely go that route. Shareholders have become much more important than customers. Customers are tolerated as long as the desires of shareholders are met.
We're not the first people in history to be hoodwinked. We can chalk it up to experience, costly experience, and vow to ourselves not to trust any deal that seems too good to be true.

I spoke with Tina and manager Sloan.
They are absolutely useless and refuse to help.
I did get advised to call Visa.
I will be calling Visa and initiating a refund request.

UPDATE:
Paypal decided to credit my account. I sent complaint email to select few email addresses up top and I received a nice call. I also kept asking to escalate the case even after it was closed. In any case, Paypal came through and hopefully they will also shut down that merchant.
Here is what I got, the case before this was denied and closed:
We reviewed the information regarding the below case and have accepted it.
We credited the full disputed transaction amount of $99.99 USD to your PayPal balance or payment method you used to complete this transaction. The credit should appear in your PayPal balance within 5 business days. If you paid with a debit or credit card, the money will be refunded to your card. It can take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your card statement, depending on your card issuer's timeframes.
This case is now closed. We are truly sorry that you experienced a problem with this transaction, but hope you are happy with the outcome of this case.
