Hi, because there was no reply from the seller I opened the claim. The claim is waiting for sellers response. Paypal gave the seller time to respond by Jul 5. It's Jul 9 now and there has been no response from the seller. Why is paypal (the claim) still waiting for the sellers response, when the given time limit for response has passed? How will the claim go forward if there's no response from the seller? And how long will it take? I would have asked paypal these questions, but couldn't find any email address.

Lots of posts on the same issue in the last few days.
Seems to be a delay on reviewing claims.
You can either wait it out or contact customer services for an update.
Advice is voluntary.
