yesterday i put dispute of 300 USD and 250 USD payments on seller , items are not sent & there is no information on it from seller neither seller is sending me any item , week ago they told me they used my money , WTH !
Now its been one day i got no reply on paypal either ,
Its the first time ever i am doing the dispute ,
: So should i escalate now or i can not escalate before 20 days period ?
and if i escalate now will i get refunds immediately or after 20 days ?
