No response after sending proof of billing since last friday

Hi, I need your Help My money has been stuck in paypal since last friday I cannot withdraw due to billing address info I sent a copy last friday but its been 5days and there are no response from it I badly need the money for my daughters bday Tom. How can I spread this up?

Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.
