Need to open a second dispute on same transaction

I filed an initial dispute due to goods not being received.  Goods were then received some time later and the dispute closed.  When the package was opened it was not the goods that were ordered!  I cannot open another dispute because that transaction dispute is closed.  I cannot find a way to file another dispute!  Online and telephone help are not at all helpful.  Where do I go next?
