They didn't steal your money. You probably sign up for anti spam-ware, anti-spyware software or something and you did not cancel trial in time and they charged you for a subscription.
Here is how to cancel an automatic payment with a merchant:
- Click the Settings icon next to "Log out."
- Click the Payments tab, then click Manage automatic payments under "Automatic payments."
- Select the payment you'd like to cancel, then click Cancel.
A subscription can be cancelled up until the day before the next scheduled payment in order for you not to be charged.
If you have a charge on your recent billing statement with a description such as, "DRI*" "DRI" or "Digital River" and do not recognize this charge, please look up your order using your email address and last 4 digits of your credit card using this link:
https://www.findmyorder.com/sstore?Action=DisplayHomePage&SiteID=findmyor&Locale=en_US
Also click on the PayPal transaction and click "report a problem" dispute it contacting digital river doesn't help.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
