1. How I know my limitation has been lifted? I haven't got any email yet.

2. May I add my business account as payment checkout to multiple websites?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

In general, when a limitation is lifted, you won't see any pending issues in your Resolution Centre anymore. Please check your Resolution Centre to make sure this has been resolved. Regarding your other question, you may not be able to add your PayPal account as checkout to more than one website. However, I would recommend checking our Business Account section on our website for more information.
